 HNC Fitness Health and Exercise, SVQ Level 3 Personal Trainer, First Aid at Work, K1 Kettlebell Course.

Personal Statement:
With over 2 years experience in the fitness industry I have the knowledge, experience and management to train clients from all walks of life.  I excel in resistance and Kettlebell training; however I can lead clients, whatever their goals may be, along the path to a healthy and happy body.  Catch up with me when you are in the club and we will chart and achieve your fitness goals together.


Ryan Faichney

Qualifications:
Register of exercise Professionals – Level 3 Advanced Instructor, PT Academy Certification in Spinning, Circuit Training and Sports Nutrition, TEBA Boxing Coach, First Aid Certificate

Personal Statement
With over 2 years experience as a Fitness Professional/ Personal Trainer and over 5 as a boxing coach I can offer a great variety to your training.  Whether it is in the gym, studio or boxing based training I can help you achieve the goals you have set yourself and together we will achieve those results safely and quickly, so if you fancy some different, exciting and motivational training speak to me when you are in the club.


Derek Bruce

Qualifications:
HND Fitness Health & Exercise, Group Exercise Qualifications in Circuits, Aqua, Step, Studio Cycling and Boxercise, Level 2 Ante / Post Natal, Level 2 Mature Movers, First Aid at Work.

Personal Statement
Having over 7 years experience in the industry I believe in taking people through a journey to start changing their lifestyle and training routines to help improve both their Physical and Mental Appearance within their training schedule. I focus on all aspects of training from Weight Loss to Hypertrophy, each program is individual and tailored to each clients specific needs. Massimo Petrucci

Qualifications:
HND Fitness, Health and Exercise, SVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise Qualification in Circuits. First Aid at Work, Sports and Swedish Massage Therapist.

Personal Statement
Having worked in the industry for over 10 years I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in both fitness and resistance training, particularly sports specific fitness training.  My philosophy is making all my clients feel at ease when I’m training them and this reflects in the effort they put in and the results they achieve.  So if you want to book in for lifestyle changing fitness routine speak to me when you’re in the club.
